Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a UK consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@throwflow.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

Once you notify us of your cancellation, you must return the item(s) within a further 14 days. We will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return, whichever is earlier).

Please note: Custom or personalised print-on-demand items are exempt from the cooling-off right, as they are made specifically to your order. This exemption will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.

Faulty or Not as Described

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to:

A full refund within the first 30 days of delivery, or
A repair or replacement after 30 days (with a refund if repair/replacement is not possible).
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return Costs

For change-of-mind returns: return postage is at your cost unless otherwise stated.
For faulty or incorrect items: we will cover the return postage.

Contact us at support@throwflow.co.uk to initiate a return. Returns must be sent to: [ return address]. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from our receipt of the returned item for the refund to appear.
